Hampton Ridge

Hampton Ridge is a gated, luxury home community in SW Gainesville.  The entrance is located on SW 8th Avenue at SW117th Street.  All homes in Hampton Ridge were custom built and sit on at least one acre lots.  

There is a mandatory home owner association fee, and currently the fee is $220 per quarter.  The location of this neighborhood gives you easy access to everything in the Jonesville/Tioga area, West End Golf Course, Haile Plantation area.
