Charleston - Gated Community

The Charleston Community is located in the Jonesville area in NW Gainesville.  Charleston is a gated community and the entrance is located on NW 143rd Street (CR 241) at NW 46th Avenue.  Continue west on NW 46th Avenue and then you have (3) different gated entrances to the private home sites in Charleston.

There is a mandatory Home Owner Association fee, and the current fees are $960 per year.  All homes in Charleston sit on a minimum of 5 acres for privacy, and equestrian friendly area with the country estate luxury settings.

Easy access to I-75 at the NW 39th Avenue exit.  Plenty of shopping, banking and restaurants in the Jonesville area or the Springhill area at I-75.
