Canterbury Farms

The Canterbury Farms community is located in the Jonesville area of NW Gainesville.   This community is gated and equestrian friendly.   The only entrance is located on NW 143rd Street (aka CR 241).

All homes in this community are luxury estate style homes on a minium of 5 acre lots. The community offers underground utilities, and gated access.

There is a mandatory home owner association, and the fees are currently  $1500 per year.
