The Mile Run community is located in NW Gainesville and this neighborhood has both single family homes and a section that are townhomes.

The entrance to Mile Run is on Millhopper Road at NW 37th Street (Traffic Light).  The Mile Run community is on the entire west side of NW 37th St.  

You will find a large community complex with a swimming pool, community center, tennis courts, and a playground.

The mandatory home owners fee for single family homes is $ 75.00 per quarter.   The monthly fee for the townhomes is $ 180.00 per month.

The schools that are zoned for Mile Run are Talbot Elementary School, Westside Middle School, and Gainesville High School.
