The Cedar Creek community is a planned unit development in NW Gainesville.   The entrance to Cedar Creek is location on NW 19th Street at NW 41st Avenue (just north of NW 39th Avenue).

Cedar Creek has a community pool and street lights.   The homeowner association fees are currently  $113 per month and that includes lawn care.

The schools for Cedar Creek community are Norton Elementary School, Westwood Middle School, and Gainesville High School.
