The Ashton community is located in NW Gainesville at NW 43rd Street & Millhopper Road.

There are two entrances into Ashton. One is on Millhopper Road just west of NW 43rd St., and the entrance is on NW 43rd Street, just north of the traffic light at Millhopper Road. 

Schools for Ashton neighborhood are Talbot Elementary, Fort Clarke Middle School, and Gainesville High School.  You can walk to Talbot Elementary.

There is a mandatory home owner association, and the fees are currently $ 200 per year. The nearest shopping is right at Hunter Crossing at Millhopper Road and NW 43rd Street.
